Mô tả công việc
- Manage and Hand-on for full set of accounts (SAGE/ACCPAC General Ledgers, AR, AP, Fixed Asset) and month-end closing activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with local statutory requirements, TRUMPF group policies and IFRS.
- Assist in completing financial reporting to Headquarter by 5th working day
- Account Receivable Management (Update receipts to SAP, bank in local cheques, Dunning-Sending out Reminders & Statement of Accounts, following up on long outstanding overdue, credit term)
- Supporting Finance Manager in enhancing reporting quality and internal control system
- Maintain cash book and perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Checking and prepare payment to vendor and staff claims
- Prepare Tax declaration
- Assist in statutory Audit and local Tax compliance
- Perform strategic projects and other ad hoc duties as assigned

The successful candidate will maintain the integrity and accuracy on tasks assigned, meeting statutory and headquarter deadlines, contribute to the improvement in accounting processes and procedures.
- Experience in Accounting service is a plus
- Diploma/Poly graduate with Accountancy qualifications is required
- Prior experience in full set of accounts and financial reporting to foreign headquarter
- Experienced with SAGE/ACCPAC is a plus
- Strong with MS Excel English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skill, able to work with all level of personnel
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise and meeting deadlines
- Experience in Accounting service is a plus
