Mô tả công việc
• Daily Communicate with CFO in Australia.
• Fulfill all jobs given by CFO in Australia.
• Make the accounting books clear and clean.
• Make sure the penalty for TAX is minimum anytime having the Tax Audit
• Be responsible for the legal of all the books submitted to the government.
• Be across the detail of what the current accounting team is doing.
• Make sure the processes are correct and see where they can make them more efficient
• Run the team efficiently
• Do Financial report – Management Report
• Making recommendations to the BOD each month when sending the Financial Report on where we can improve the businesses performance and increasing the profits. Identify the areas we have succeeded and what areas we have to work harder on or change a process, staff quantity, cost to achieve a better result.
• Always focus on Cash Flow, analysis it and let CFO know the reason why the costing is higher/lower than the pre-costing with the solutions accordingly.
Any other duties
• Working closely with the Chief Accountant at Thinkoutside Vietnam Factory.
• Working together with Sale Team
• Fulfil the job if given by the Director.

• System Skills (to include Microsoft Office including Outlook, any software knowledge is an advantage)
• Good Organization Skill

• Hard-working.
• Team work and Independent Work
• Self confident and organized
Qualifications & experience
• Bachelor degree
• Graduated from Oversea in Accounting.
• Chief Accountant Degree is a plus.
• Has experience in Accounting at least 5 years
• Have knowledge of Global Accounting is a plus
• Has managed at least 2 staffs.
• Has worked for a foreign company in Vietnam.
Standards to measure the Job
• Budget Management
• Good to Excellent English.
• System Skills (to include Microsoft Office including Outlook, any software knowledge is an advantage)
• Good Organization Skill
