General Accountant

RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Support Finance Manager to do reports
- Cross checking AR/AP postings to SAP
- Cross checking Accounting documents to ensure Vietnam tax regulation is followed up
- Support Accounting team members to accomplish their works
- Prepare VAT report
- Liaise with internal/external auditors, tax authorities, relevant government organizations ito support Finance Manager
- Checking new tax regulation to ensure company follows the rules and update to Accounting team
- Manage payable accounting for timely and efficient payment to vendors in line contracts and company procedure to utilize the cash flow
- Support Finance Manager to cross check Ha Noi branch documents, postings to system
- Manage company fixed assets, tools…
- Support Finance Manager for internal checking (Logistics, Services document/postings to system)
- Liaise with other Departments to cross check inventory balance
- Backup for Accounting members if needed
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by Finance Manager / Vice General Director / General Director
