Mô tả công việc
REPORTING TO: Chief Accountant
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Review all accounting transactions before recording in the accounting books.
- Keep track unearned revenue, allocate revenue monthly.
- Prepare monthly salary journal entries booking.
- Review monthly Financial Statement to ensure no material mistakes in reports.
+ Breakdown all Balance sheet items (assets, liabilities, equity), prepare movement for Balance sheet items
+ Analyse the variance (compare with budget, previous period) for Profit and Loss items.
- Prepare/Review weekly and monthly Cash balance report and Cash flow.
- Prepare monthly KPI report, Commited report, Management report.
- Control software system.
- Assist the Chief Accountant in preparing Budgets and Forecasts.
- Supervise and train Accountants.
- Support the Chief Accountant to work with 3rd parties: Tax government, Auditors…
- Perform other duties assigned by the Chief Accountant from time to time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Logical thinking, strong organizational skills
- Experience in NAV system is an advantage
- Familiar with Vietnamese Law and Regulations
- Good command of English
LOCATION: 44-46 No.1 Street, Binh Hung Ward, Binh Chanh District, HCMC
WORKING TIME: 08:00 AM – 17:00 PM; 5 days a week.
DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION: 03 October 2018
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Logical thinking, strong organizational skills
- Experience in NAV system is an advantage
- Familiar with Vietnamese Law and Regulations
- Good command of English
