General Accountant

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Functional responsibility in area of accounting & financial specialization also HR & Admin.
Check & create payment to vendors and internal staffs. Check document and make sure it complies with Tax rule & company policy before proceed payment.
Checking daily receipt & informing sales admin, issuing proformat invoice and E-invoice, , following up payment and ageing report
Manage the invoice process and procedure to account accurately for sales turnover, revenue tax and account receivable.
Update all daily and month-end journal entries relating to actual/accrual by using MISA and Hicys
Update AP/ AR /Bank/ cash daily transaction. Preparing bank reconciliation, balance cash report
Prepare VAT /PIT/ CIT/ BS/ P&L report. Closing accounting books monthly and yearly with correct financial statements (T/B, I/S, B/S) as VAS require
Support Chief Accountant to complete Accounting Report, ISBS report, Salary Payroll…ontime
Check & update GA, COGs & all expense to Accounting system monthly.
Assist in development of accounting systems, procedures and controls
Manage HR & Admin
Conducting other tasks as required by Chief Accountant or General Director

Skills:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accounting or Auditing.
Experience (Work): At least 3 years of related working experience: Logistics, Forwarding, Container services
• Experiences in accounting software and MS Office (Especial Excel) especially MISA software
• Good in written and spoken English
• Very good communication skills
