General Accountant

Main responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor cash and bank accounts relating to domestic/overseas transactions.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, ensure timely bank payments.
• Monitor monthly domestic AR and AP.
• Follow up fixed assets, tools and equipment
• Monitor accruals and deferrals
• Conduct others tasks assigned by Chief Accountant
Additional tasks in collaboration with Chief Accountant:
• Prepare the monthly and annual financial statements,
• Submit various statutory reports (Tax report, Annual Financial Statement … ) to the Department of Taxation and other governmental agencies
• Monitor bank accounts of foreign transactions
• Analyze cash flows and prepare cash-flow forecasts
• Make internal managements and financial reports

• Bachelor degree in accounting and Finance, master degree would be appreciated
• Chief accountant certificated is preferred.
• Work experience in MNC is a plus.
• Enterprise finance: familiar to financial statements: balance sheet, income statements, cash flow statements; strong knowledge in Vietnam Tax and Accounting law, good bases in VAS and knowledge in IFRS is a plus.
• Well-organizing, hard-working, serious and careful, self-perceiving, team-oriented, be honest and assuming responsibilities.
• Ability to work on own initiative and under high pressure
• Fluent in both oral and written English, fluently use English in discussions/meetings and prepare English report
• Familiar to ERP system such as SAP (FI module)
