Mô tả công việc
• Maintain accounting records in compliance with SOP, current regulation and law.
• Ensure expenses are book to the right cost elements, cost centers.
• Ensure claims are paid in time according to payment terms set out in contracts, SOP.
• Make accruals at month-end for closing purpose.
• Maintain vendor’s master and control Vendor’s contact.
• Prepare statutory tax declaration (VAT, FCT, CIT and others).
• Prepare State Budget Reconciliation.
• Prepare Statistic reports.
• Others (if any).
** Month-end closing:
• Prepare and running monthly prepaid, fixed assets and accrual transactions.
• Prepare revaluation of BS balances in foreign currencies.
• Prepare monthly petty cash & bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports in accordance with VAS and group policy.
** General accounting
• Maintain files and documents thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Line Manager.

*** Education: University graduate in Accounting or Auditing
*** Experience:
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting, tax.
*** Essential Skills and Requirements:
• Good at Tax and Accounting knowledge
• Advanced in English and Vietnamese communication
• Accounting software using
• Logical, independent and team working
• Job management skill
• Problem solving skill
• Immediate availability is a plus
*** Experience:
