Working location: hospitals/ clinics in Di An, Binh Duong province (nearby Thu Duc District, District 9)
Job Description
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Fixed assets & construction in progress accounting.
- Accruals, Prepaid expenses.
- Perform borrowings/loan administration.
- Manpower accounting.
- Invoice for management fee, lab, diagnostic contracts between CUC and Hospitals/ clinics.
- Inventory and Costing.
- Reconcile and close the books for companies in Batch 2.
- Preparing financial statements and other reports.
- Invoice for management fee, lab, diagnostic contracts between CUC and Hospitals/ clinics
- Guides accounting clerks by coordinating activities and answering questions.
- External relationship: Internal auditor, Government auditor, Tax office, Bank, Government Insurance.
- Consult on all issues related to tax & insurance, ensure compliance with regulation.
- Warning on tax risks, mitigate and recommend solution to minimize the tax risks.
- Responsible for all tax reports & finalization.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
- Acting chief accountant for CUC (registered with Tax office).
- Other tasks as assigned by management.

- University graduate in Accounting.
- Chief Accountant certificate.
- Minimum of 3-year experience in a similar position, prefer in health care industry.
- Strong experience in tax, insurance and internal control.
- Exceptional work ethic and commitment and Self-motivated.
- Flexible, creative and self-starter.
- Good at English and communication skills.
