Reports to: Finance Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for day to day accounting operations including cash, AR & AP, revenue and expense
• Record, ensure accounting data fully, accurately and reliably.
• Prepare daily cash report, financial reports and other reports assigned by superior.
• In charge of payments, ensure all payments is conducted on time
• In charge of invoicing, invoice management, reconcile receivable balance among management software
• Monitor debt collection, control the credit limit of each Client, ensure the low provisioning for bad debts
• Update law, regulation related to finance, accounting and tax
• Assists Manager to implement internal control procedures.
• Purchase chemical and tools for lab

Qualifications
• Have University Degree in Accounting, Finance
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Computer skills such as Word and Excel, Knowledge in MISA software
Secondary Assignments
• Others assigned by superior
Benefit:
• Place of work: Long Hau Industrial Park, Long An
• Working time: Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:30)
• There is a shuttle to and from downtown Ho Chi Minh City
• Salary for position: 600 - 800 USD
• Have University Degree in Accounting, Finance
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Computer skills such as Word and Excel, Knowledge in MISA software
