Mô tả công việc
• Collect invoices, receipts, documents and gather all of datas sending to accounting service company.
• Assist Accounting Manager to prepare documents relating to accounting works
• Check the payment requests from suppliers and arrange payments on time;
• Prepare employee timesheet and annual leaves record;
• Make statistic, labor and accident reports submit to competent agencies;
• Order stationery and keep inventory of stock;
• Coordinate to make and check financial statements;
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/ deliveries;
• Prepare business trip letter for superiors;
• Other tasks will be assigned by Accounting Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University in Accounting major;
• Experience is equal or more than 2 years;
• Be able to read and communicate in basic English;
• Good command in Excel;
• Honest, high responsible and careful personality;
