Mô tả công việc
Report to: VN Chief Accountant Consultant, VN General Manager and EMEA Financial Controller.
Job Objective: The General Accountant will work with other operation personnel (HR, Admin, UK accountant team) to handle all the day-to-day accounting related works.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) O2C
• Raise sales invoices
• Update output VAT
• Process intercompany receipts against invoices
• Update cash book for customer receipts
2) P2P
• Process Journal entries for Adjustments as appropriate
• Update input VAT
• Create supplier payment file
• Update cash book
3) Payroll
• Prepare tax returns for employment taxes - PAYE/NI and Pensions
• Record variable pay elements
4) Fixed assets
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Process additions and disposals to fixed assets
• Calculate depreciation and post journal into GL
5) R2R
• Maintain General ledger / trial balance
• Post journals for accruals and prepayments as appropriate
• Post journals for revenue recognition based on local gaap as appropriate
• Prepare monthly VAT control account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly sales legder control account reconciliation
• Prepare monthly purchase ledger control account reconciliation
• Review payroll control account reconciliation
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Reconcile remaining GL control accounts
• Prepare VAT returns
• Book CT accruals
• Prepare CT computations and filings to local tax authority
• Prepare monthly TB profit and loss and balance sheet for group reporting
• Prepare monthly cashflow statement for group reporting
• Prepare monthly rolling 12m cashflow forecast
• Prepare annual budgets for reporting to group in TM1
• Prepare annual forecasts for reporting to group in TM1
6) Others
• Manage local relationship with Tax authorities (direct and indirect tax)
• Prepare annual financial statements under local gaap for local filing
• Prepare statistical reports are required for local compliance reporting

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 3-5 year experience in Accountant job
• Excellent communication in both English and Vietnamese
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
• Experience with UK GAAP
• Good organisational skills
• Attention to details
• Flexibility with business changes
• Chief Accountant certificate is a must

Working closely with the existing technical and operational teams in the UK and Romania, SCC Vietnam will be providing 24/7 support for critical systems in customer environments across Europe. SCC will provide an induction for these roles which may involve time in the United Kingdom. This would involve 2-3 weeks working with the existing team at our Headquarters in England.
