*Report to: Chief accountant
*Reviewer: Chief accountant
*Main duty:
Overall in charge of Accounts Payable and Treasury (excluding cashier)
Costing management and inventory compliance.
Detail is below:
- Responsibility for daily verify the payment request and supporting documents from purchasing/ other departments to make sure to comply with internal and tax regulation before release payment
- Daily verify payment activity ensure all transfer slip under process correct supplier / employee / customer, correct bank information and in compliance with company policies and legal regulation
- Ensure accuracy in daily posting purchasing invoices in to accounting system
- Perform AP reconciliation; monthly inter-company reconcile and confirmation correctly and on time
- Follow up fixed asset. Collect all of related documents to fixed assets and filling to the respective group of assets
- Filling and keep track purchasing documents/ banking documents
- Booking, Filling and keep track cash vouchers
- Prepare daily/monthly cash report to crosscheck daily with cashier and observe cash counting in the end of each month.
- Preparing monthly purchasing invoice report (10% VAT).
- Daily checking good receipts & good issues, warehouse transfer in warehouse system to crosscheck the data updated by warehouse keeper (including material/tool and finished good)
- Coordinate physical inventory counts (materials/components/tool and finished goods, WIP…) in the end of month.
- Any other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male/ Female, 25-30 year olds.
- At least 2 year experiences in field.
- Knowledge in furniture industry is preferable.
- Team work/ Quality driven/ Hard working/ Self -confident/ Careful/ Organized.
- Bachelor in Accounting/ Finance.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good skill in Excel/ Word.
Other information
- Probation: 2 months.
- Working hour: From Monday to Saturday.
- Annual leave: 12 days/year.
- At least 2 year experiences in field.
- Knowledge in furniture industry is preferable.
- Team work/ Quality driven/ Hard working/ Self -confident/ Careful/ Organized.
- Bachelor in Accounting/ Finance.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good skill in Excel/ Word.
Other information
- Probation: 2 months.
