General Accountant

General Accountant – Outsourcing Department is responsible for reporting to Team leader/Accounting Senior/Manager and will have direct responsibility as follows:
• Prepare CIT report and review report for transaction with related party, transfer pricing documents;
• The officer will be in charge of some parts of tax activities: CIT, Transaction with related party, PIT;
• Verify all documents (invoices, contracts, supporting documents…) being submitted to Accounting Department to ensure proper, accurate and compliant with internal policies, governmental regulations, Tax law and Vietnam Accounting Standard;
• Prepare payment instruction;
• Control and reconcile bank accounts;
• Recording transactions into accounting software;
• Follow up the payment status and control account payable;
• Control Fixed Assets listing and calculating Fixed Assets depreciation;
• Control Inventory listing and preparing inventory report;
• Working with Auditor;
• Other tasks are assigned by Team leader.

Required skills/experiences: Candidates need to fulfill the following criteria:
• University graduates in accounting, auditing, finance with minimum of 3 years accounting experience;
• Strong English language capabilities;
• Hard working, deadline oriented, responsible and willing to learn;
• Good time management skill; and
• Can work under high pressure, adaptable, flexible; mature attitude and highly committed.
