General Accountant

Job Description
• To implement and maintain the accounting system, all ledgers and all tax declarations (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT)
• Ensure book keeping system is compliant with VAS and group policies
• To co-ordinate and work with Auditors and Bank
• Liaise and co-ordinate with other departments for accounting documents and information per request;
• Cash management and bank account reconciliations;
• To prepare the Financial statements including Income statement, Balance sheets and periodical budget;
• To maintain proper payroll and human resources procedures;
• Update and consult to staff & other departments the change on regulation; suggest solution on compliance and mitigate compliance risks
• To carry out ac-hoc instructions from Management.

Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance required
• 2-3 years working experience in Accounting
• Having a chief accountant certificate is an advantage
• Microsoft Office (Excel/ Outlook/ Word)
• English fluently
• Hard working, honesty, self-responsibility. Able to work under pressure.
• Good coordination/communication skills
