General Accountant

Accounting payment:
- Organize the implementation of regulations on documents, procedures for accounting capital in cash.
- Coordinate with other relevant in accounting department, to check the completeness and legality of input and output invoices and vouchers to ensure compliance with the State's regulations.
- Booking related to collection, payment of cash and deposits. Promptly reflect revenues and expenditures of capital in cash. Regularly check and compare data
- Carry out transactions with banks: withdraw money, transfer money, compare documents, bank statements.
- In charge of (making, managing, settling...) credit contracts, interest (deposits, loans).
- Pay taxes (import, VAT, ...) imported goods.
- Ensuring the monitoring and updating of documents are honest, accurate and timely. Store documents according to regulations. Provide reports related to the supplementary side as required by management.
- Importing data into software, closing, and making reports related to the main charge; When an error is detected and a correction or deletion is required, there must be the consent of the direct management.

Tax accounting:
- Collect invoices and vouchers daily to monitor and account.
- At the end of the month, report on VAT, PIT and pay tax to tax authorities (if any).
- Quarterly tax reports for VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT.
- Check and compare VAT invoices with input and output tax lists.
- Check and compare export declaration sheet.
- Prepare a monthly report on output VAT of the company and classify it according to the tax rate .
- Prepare a general report on input VAT of the company.
- Monitor the Tax situation and tax refund of the company.
- Prepare tax refund records when there arises.
- Prepare periodical or extraordinary tax reports.
- Check and report on the use of tax invoices to report to the tax department.
- Timely update new information and policies on tax laws related to production and business activities of the company.
- Check and compare the minutes of payment and receipt of goods to adjust the turnover of tax reports promptly when they arise.

Import-export material control:
- Prepare import documentation, purchase costs, sales invoices and input tax declarations.
- Accounting of revenue, cost of capital and debt.
- Track debt, make a debt verification report periodically (or when required),
- Calculate import prices of imported goods, set up import orders and transfer to related departments.
- Prepare inventory report, report import and export
- Control of import and export inventory
- Reconciliation of import material with Warehouse controller.
- Participate in periodic (or unexpected) inventory count.Responsible for making inventory minutes, minutes of proposing to handle if there is any difference between books and reality.

Other tasks:
- Perform other jobs upon request of superiors.
