General Accountant

- In charge of all finance function: Account Receivable, Account Payable and reporting
- Update fixed assets, tools
- Make and declare Tax report (VAT, PIT, CIT)
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/ yearly financial report
- Input and check accounting data into the system.
- Check and confirm AR & AP transaction, input and output vouchers.
- Process payment to suppliers, petty cash and advance.
- Prepare all the reports related to taxation (VAT, PIT, CIT and all other taxes etc)
- Issue red invoice
- Review payment terms of purchasing contracts, invoices and supporting documents, get approval for all payments to ensure the compliance with internal policy, accounting and tax regulations.
- Manage petty cash fund and follow up with reimbursable expenses.
- General accounting tasks such as issuing invoices, checking data before invoicing, ect
- Timely update the information on the Tax Law, the operations stipulated in the Tax Law related to business activities
- Perform other tasks as assigned by General Director and Chief Accountant.

- At least 3 years experience in General accountant position.
- Good at communication skill, typing skill
- Acceptable to overtime working if necessary
- Good at English is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese accounting system
- Ability to work independently and in a team under pressure.
- Being reliable, motivated, and honest.
- Female, age from 27 - 34
