General Accountant

1. Prepares reconciliation and monthly financial analysis in written form.
2. Quarterly tax report.
3. Ensures exactly and timely information in collaboration with other department.
4. Helps other departments in making preparation of payroll, subcontracting as required.
5. Assists Chief Accountant in monthly general ledger maintenance.
6. Supports the preparation of year-end audit files and analysis.
7. Take assignments of additional accounting administration according to CFO/Chief Accountant’s instruction.
8. Working with admin department for insurance registration.

- Graduate from University in Financial Accounting. Certificate of Chief accountant is preferable.
- At least 5 years experiences in similar position, in garment factory/ garment trading company is preferred.
- Proficient in accounting system accounting standards of Vietnam.
- Understanding tax laws and regulations to the current financial accounting.
- Honest, high level of commitment to job, careful
- Experience in garment manufacturing is a plus
- Be able to work independently and teamwork and high pressure
- Communicate English in speaking and writing well.
