General Accountant ( HCM & Ba Ria - Vung Tau)

We're looking for 2 General Accountant for 2 factories at HCMC and Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province)
- Support the Chief Accountant to execute the administrative accounting processes for the finance department
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining the financial/accounting system of the company under supervision of Chief Accountant within the financial department
- Execute administrative activities in accordance with the procedures, as:
o AR, AP
o Tax declarations and other finance declarations
- Responsible for:
o Check the validation of supporting documents for payment requests
o Perform bank reconciliation and month-end reconciliation of all general ledger balances
o Manage prepaid and accrued expense, monthly allocations and other allocated expense calculations and to ensure they are properly accounted for
o Review the payroll and ensure that labor expenses are properly posted
o Follow up the company’s cash movement
o Archive accounting documents
o Assist in production costing, inventory, fixed assets management
o Assist in implementing & maintaining internal financial system control
o Assist in yearly FS auditing & taxes auditing
- Other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant

- Graduated from university with major Auditing Accounting, Finance Accounting
- At least 5 years experiences to keep the equivalent position
- Understanding clearly tax regulations and finance accounting.
- Having highly responsibility spirit, careful, dedicated, thoughtful.
- Good command of English
