General Accountant - Ha Noi

Duties and responsibilities:

- Checking invoices and related document for making supplier payment and expense recognition. Review supplier contracts.
- Maintain sale contracts and related documents for revenue recognition.
- Input relevant accounting entries.
- Assist in preparing tax reports (CIT, VAT, FCT,...) for Chief Accountant review.
- Perform month-end closing, including accruals, allocation entries and accounts reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial report under Vietnamese accounting regulation
and support Chief Accountant for other management reports as requested.
- Jointly supervise junior accountant works
- Co-ordinate with external audit and Tax Department where required
- Keep up to date with Vietnamese laws and regulations that relate to finance and accounting matters,
- Back-up for Chief Accountant where necessary.
- Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager and management team.

 Graduated from accounting/finance field (Finance Academy/University is preferable)
 Good at English, Computer skill (word, excel, accounting software...)
 Good accounting experience, min 5 years related accounting experience, 1-2 years as General Accountant.
 Experience to work in International company
 Problem solving skill, honest, well organized, active, teamwork
