General Accountant Executive (HCM)

- Tax report to tax office at HCM & branches (monthly)
- Checking tax report from Haiphong Branch (monthly)
- Collect data A/R, A/P, DP to prepare the accountant documentation ( monthly)
- Checking bank reconciliation weekly when receiving debit and credit invoices from the bank; check General Ledger balance with the bank account balance at the month-end.(Excel system)
- Compare account receivables, account payables, cash balance, bank balance, clearing account with the General Ledger in monthly report
- Enter accurate AR bank collect money & invoices data to the SAP system and must be matched with the bank and total amount of the invoice.
- Enter accurate prepayment entry on SAP
- Collect data from AR HCM & branch to prepare AR outstanding end of month by excel (monthly)

- University Degree. Majoring in Accounting/ Auditing.
- Good written and verbal English (Certificates are required).
- Working Experience/ Professional requirement:
• 03 year experience in general accountant position (prefer in accountant in container shipping industry).
• Good at language communication (both English & Vietnamese)
• Good at computer skill: using internal system (WINS, SMART) & other (MS Excel, MS Word)
