Mô tả công việc

THIS POSITION WILL WORK FOR OUR PROJECT (X2 HOI AN RESORT & RESIDENT) AT DIEN DUONG, DIEN BAN, QUANG NAM, 15 MINUTES FROM HOI AN. 25 MINUTES FROM DA NANG.

Responsible for tax data/ document retention
Contact point with local tax in terms of issue & inquiry, tax compliance
Responsible for tax reports preparation (VAT, Irregular PIT, FCT, NRT…), invoice usage report
Cooperate with Chief Accountant on yearly tax finalization
Contact point for all supporting need related to tax invoice
Responsible for general accounting journal related to tax allocation at month end
Comply with internal control policy and on tax compliance on T&E claim document
Ensure all accounting documents are checked, prepared and approved properly and recognize them in the correct accounts
General responsibility in book-keeping and reporting of accounts receivable

THIS POSITION MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.

3 years experience in General Accountant.
