General Acccountant / Kế Toán Tổng Hợp

- Assist the Financial Controller (FC)
- Interact with the Department and the Hotel associates in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two way communication
- Engaged in the daily administration of the accounting office and identify and resolve problems in conjunction with respective members of associates.
- Coordinate the preparation of accurate hotel monthly profit and loss account and balance sheet in compliance with Hotel policies and procedures and in line with Hotel reporting timetable and submit to Financial Controller for review.
- Prepare and review all month end journals with appropriate supporting documentation for FC approval before posting to system.
- Oversee the Accounts Payable function to ensure payments are processed in a timely manner and expenses are appropriately approved and coded accurately.
- Coordinate the preparation any required tax documentation relating to business taxes, foreign currency payments, withholding taxes and income taxes an ensure all reports are completed as per required deadlines.
- Keep the book of fund and ensure compliance with Management contract.
- Assist in monitoring the Hotel's compliance.
- Track and handle all claims from Insurance and update to FC on monthly basis.
- Accommodate any internal, external, or statutory audit requests as directed by the FC.
- Complete anh other projects, tasks, or activities as assigned from time to time.

- Working location base in Kien Giang
- Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting
- Word, Excel.
- At least 2-3 years-experience in related position.
- Strong managerial and leadership skills and strong result oriented
- Strong inter-personality skilld
- Good communication in English
