Genenal Accountant

- Manage all revenue schemes on daily basis, ensure the cash sales are collected sufficiently and reported timely;
- Manage the cash sales and petty cash safely and perform the daily cash count properly;
- Manage incurred expenses are paid with proper approval and in line with budgets;
- Book keeping the revenue, cost and expenses to accounting software timely and reliably;
- In charge of Profit& Loss statement and make sure it prepared timely and correctly;
- Perform Inventory, Fixed assets account at month and year-end under the Company’s requirement;
- Co-working with other departments to collect & check the sufficiency & legality of all invoices & accounting documents in order to follow government regulations;
- Follow up and manage the budget as required;
- Support Chief Accountant to finalize the tax reports;
- Support in auditing, tax inspection and other relating works as request.
- Working with suppliers & clients about issues related to PO, PR, VAT Invoice,

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- At least 2-3 year of experience as general accountant or senior accountant
- Office Informatics such as MS Office, Accounting software
- Good communication in English
- Strong communication and negotiation skill, time-management skill.
- Ability to work independence and in a team, Ability to work under high pressure
