Genenal Accountant

Duties & responsibilities
AR AP control
• Generate and issue red invoices in systerm
• Manage AR and control Aging to ensure compliance
• Control AP, arrange payment schedule to be sure accuracy
• Manage cash folow and make forcast monthly
• Review accounts reconciliations and month-end closing
Tax
• Prepare FCT declaration as per regulation
• Liaise with Tax department, bank on all matters relating to tax and tax settlement
General
• Scan document and support team in paper work (keep contract, invoice, custom decleration)
• Perform other statistic reports for local authorities
• Check actual stock (goods & destroy products)
• Review accounts reconciliations and month-end closing
• Issue attendance sheet of FN dept and send it for HR
• Assist with year-end closings, preparation and coordination of the audit process

• BA of Accounting
• Strong knowledge about accounting and financial
• 4+ years of experience in finance and accounting
Skills:
• Ability to work independently and in team work; exhibit problem solving ability and good judgment.
• Must have good English skills, both verbal and written.
• Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive nature.
• ERP experience desirable
