Mô tả công việc
• Booking accounting data into Navision program (expenses, stock)
• Draw payment entries in HSBC online
• Assist CA to make VAT report monthly and arrange necessary documents for VAT return
• Assist CA to prepare accounting and tax data for external audit on each fiscal year
• Support CA to update tax data for making tax liquidation reports at the end of year.
• Work with AR accountant related all cash collection every day to ensure all match with real data in POS system
• Files all accounting documents ( contracts, claim from suppliers etc…) and scan data to file then CA can send to HO for payment on time
• Make spreadsheet reports to get finance information base on requirement of Chief Accountant
• Working with all team prepare for tax audit and internal and external audit quarterly and yearly
• Prepare journal entries
• Compute and record totals of transactions
• Issue receipts, invoice, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
• Pay company bills by cash, or TT
• Complete general ledger operations
• Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
• Draw up monthly financial reports
• Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
• Assist with yearend closings
• Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Prepare tax computations and returns
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
• Assist with payroll administration
• Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences
• Account/bank reconciliations
• Review and process expense reports
• Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Accounting degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and principles
• Knowledge of economic principle
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations
• Knowledge and experience of accounting computer applications
• Usually a minimum of 3 year-experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, taxation
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Stress tolerance
