Mô tả công việc
• Plan and oversee the implementation of the GEMS scholarship program. Activities include GEMS
o Secondary School program, GEMS University, Summer camp, Summer English program, Leadership & Skills Clubs)
• Supervise and coach GEMS team
• Review detailed project plans, including objectives, tasks, timeline, reporting and project risks
• Oversee the development of a program evaluation framework for GEMS programs to identify and assess the strength areas for improvement
• Lead negotiations with counterparts and discuss capacity building training for local partners
• Oversee documentation of program implementation, preparation and submission of periodic and final reports; prepare statistical and narrative reports as required
• Maintain and develop networking with potential donors and employees from other organizations
• Review, develop and analyze databases
• Oversee the collection of information for the program newsletter and social media exposure
• Pursue new directions in Online English Tutoring program and deploy LMS to GEMS students
• Represent for Pacific Links Foundation at local, or regional meetings, community function, or task group and provide presentations when required
• Travel to project sites (up to 30% time); work will involve evenings and especially weekends so to not interfere with students’ school schedule.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum of 7 years of grassroots or nonprofit/NGO management experience, especially in project management
• Prior experience with advocacy, empowerment and capacity building activities
• Proven experience in working in remote areas and ability to undertake frequent, tough travel conditions; willingness to travel
• Willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done including weekends and holidays
• Strong coordination, facilitation and organizational skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with local counterparts
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and research abilities
• Excellent data management skills including MS Office, data analysis tool and web apps
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
• Professional and polished in appearance and speech
• Ability to work and prosper in team environment
• Ethical and accountable
• Women are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor degree required; Masters preferred.
