Garments Production Director (Open for Expats) - Urgent !!!

- Control 20 – 25 garment lines in workshop (Ladies Fashion)
- Deploy and implement the production plan
- Supervise the weekly, monthly, quarterly production activities
- Ensure the capacity and quality
- Make weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly production reports
- Supervise safety activities: labor safety.
- Implement the technical guidance during production process
- Responsible for cost saving by means of utilizing GSD and SAM.
- Responsible for monitoring whole Production Flow, sewing line and finishing section's productivity, efficiency and quality to achieve delivery date.
- Monitoring Production overall performance and daily operating to achieve the goals and objectives.
- Propose the innovation activities and apply to production performance
- Improve manpower efficiency
- Supervise the updating and following the production capacity by the subordinates
- Make manpower plan to meet the production activities
- Assign the jobs to the staff
- Train and develop manpower
- Assess the subordinates periodically
- Do ad-hoc jobs follow supervisor's order
- Control the unexpected situations and give the adequate solution on time;
- Make sure everything follow audit policy's customer;

- Minimum3 - 5 years experience in garment manufacturing in Vietnam;
- Strong Industrial Engineering (IE) background, SAM, SMV, GSD, and other time study and continuous improvement.
- Solid knowledge of garment construction, machine settings, and needle management.
- Good understanding of Lean manufacturing concepts (such as single piece flow).
- Familiar with ERP systems used for production analysis and tracking.
- Leadership qualities, able to get people to follow his/her ideas and instructions
- Fluent English, preferably Vietnamese too

- 13th payment/year
