Garments Merchandiser ( Follow Production Planning and Assist Social Compliance )

1. Monitor garments producer social compliance status and assist new suppliers with preparing for social compliance audits
2. Visit factories before 3rd party audits coming
3. Participate in audit and maintain an active record of all factories compliance record and report to Manager.
4. Ensure factories to prepare well and take corrective actions if anything wrong with audit results.
5. Keep Manager well informed by submitting audit reports, audit schedules and on-site audit issues, CAP periodically
6. Monitor garments factory production planning ,work with factory to adjust
7. Knowing well production status , can deal with some urgent case when manager is not in office
8. Attend production meeting with Merchandiser and make meeting record
9. Summary order list weekly
10. Take some CMPT quotation job.
11. Follow customer or head office visitor to visit factory
12. Some other assistant job for office manager

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Language Skill: Fluent in oral and written English
3. Computer Skill: good at Excel ,word ,PPT
4. Experience: over 5 years background on garments produce area
5. Has knowledge on BSCI/SOCAM C&A
6. Good communication skills with factory
7. Thoroughness and attention to details
8. Can accept trip to factory often
9. High level of integrity and business ethics
10. No gender limitation

- 5 days working / week
- 12days annual leaving
- Social insurance follow Law
