Garment Technician/ Quality Control

• Experience and used to work at post of quality control
• Follow up production lines closely
• Discuss and report to upper level on all about quality issue during production directly
• In charge of fabric quality inspection report, sign off fabric report before sending to the rep-office
• Giving factory pressing standard, packing standard as well as other garment construction standard (if needed)
• Update production status for both Vietnam office and UK office
• Confident to sign off AQL releasing bulk shipment.
• Traveling and working at province weekly or 2 weeks per trip if needed

• Following up sample procedure
• Inspecting sample, fitting sample, writing down comment before submit to customer, following up customer comment, ensure comment be correct for next stage.
• Confidence to control and sign off all samples
• Working directly with factory technical, UK technical, (customer: for near future) and design team
• Discussing and working with design team and UK technical team regarding to technical issue, fitting issue before making final decision.
• In charge of fitting of developed sample from beginning till ending
• Follow up sample room’s schedule, work directly with sample room people regarding to technical point and other problem (must need)
• Recognize and Instruct sample room people how to work out critical points during fitting stage which can apply easily for bulk garment
• Daily update sample status
• Prepare spec pack for all department
• Inspect quality of sample, comment, discuss with UK technician in case structure need to change for matching with bulk…

• Understanding of garment construction, garment machinery as well as pattern, designs and fabric
• Background of garment textile and design must have
• Minimum 8 years experiences in Textile/ Garment field must need
• Knowledge about lady wear items, fabric type and other technical issue related to sample and garment production aspect
• English must need (both skills)
• Ability working in high pressure
• Can work independently and confidence on making decision
• Team working and communication must need
• Be able to work in high pressure environment, willing to learn and improve yourself
