Garment Technician

 - Communicate/provide technical support service to factories, merchandisers, quality controllers and customers regarding sampling, fitting, grading, sewing, construction, workmanship, pattern checking and size specification.
 - Access sample comments/tech pack to understand the customers’ requirements or clarify any discrepancies.
 - Communicate/follow-up with factories and customers on all technical issues.
 - Ensure and follow up samples are reviewed within the timeframe.
 - Conduct P.P. Meeting with factories.
 - Perform QC functions when necessary.
 - Other duties assigned.

 - Extensive background on fashion garment manufacturing special for knit & woven;
 - 6 years or more relevant work experience in buying office/trading company and good product knowledge of US market.
 - Knowledge of paper pattern and marker making, computerize software preferable.
 - Strong experience in fitting, workmanship, sewing, construction and different kind of fabrication.
 - Strong ability to solve technical problem.
 - Ability to priorities workloads.
 - Able to work independently & communicate well with factories, merchandisers, quality controllers and customers.
 - Good in organizational skill, communication skill, time management and detail minded.
 - Good in spoken and written English
 - College graduate or above.
 - Proficiency in PC skills (e.g. Ms office, etc. )
 - Occasional travelling is required.
