Garment Technician

*Key Purpose of the Job:
• To provide technical advices to Factory, Customer & QA.
• To assure all samples conform VF quality requirement and timely execution

*Key Area of Responsibility:
1. Responsible for sample evaluation in Proto, Fit and PP approval.
2. Provide technical support & corrective suggestions to merchandising and factories to facilitate product commercialization and production efficiency.
3. Able to alter the paper pattern to ensure resolve the fitting issue to meet US approval standard.
4. Identify the actual fit issues, find the root cause, and provide solution.
5. Communicate with related parties to solve fitting, measurement, grading and construction issues in all fit stages.
6. Strong of fashion sense to interpret the designer needed and wanted based on pinned/marked sample.

Minimum Relevant Experience: 03 year (s)
Minimum Academic Requirement: Diploma or above
Language Proficiency:
+ Writing Skills:
- Good English
- Excellent Vietnamese
+ Oral Skills:
- Good English
- Excellent Vietnamese
