Garment QA Inspector

• Conduct PP meeting, in-line and final product inspections and provide solutions to solve quality issues
• Check approved PP samples and comments against product specifications to ensure that they meet customers' quality standards
• Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories and customers to ensure product quality
• Provide QA advice to factories before and during the manufacturing process
• Report and trouble shoot quality issues from bulk production
• Ensuring finished garment is within specification
• Conduct bulk fabric inspection in case that factory reports any issue.
• Work closely with all operational departments related to product
• Communicating all quality issues arising from testing and assessment of product
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• College degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Woman’s apparel
• Knowledge of ISO9000 / ISO14000 / AQL 2.5 / 4 is a must
• Hard working, able to work under pressure, self-motivated, responsive, detail minded
• A good team player, strong interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with the team
• Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, able to meet deadlines, good time management
• Proficient in English (written & spoken)
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs
• Frequent travel may be required

2/ Technical Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AREAS including the following:
1. Work on fittings and patterns.
2. Communicate with domestic vendors/factories and customers.
3. Liaise with the Designer and sample room to resolve any technical or design issues.
4. Spec all garments before submitting to customer.
5. Prepare layout/placement for presentation to customer and then send it out to factory for sampling.
6. Conduct fit meetings and determine if any adjustments are needed.
7. Measure pattern tracing sent by customer according to spec measurement.
8. Responsible for documentation and filling of faxes, confirmation records, etc.
9. Visit factories to check production and advise on best practice.
10. Other duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• College degree in design / pattern or related field experiences
• 3-5 years in a technical design role in apparel industry.
• Knowledge of sewing techniques and garment construction.
• Womens clothing experience required.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
