Garment Printing Specialist

Under the guidance from Senior Production Unit Managers to develop garment prinitng color mixtures, screen film developing, and SOP of printing & supervising the team to ensure the prinitng orders to meet the printing requirements and ontime delivery of the order

1. Printing Technical Preparation

- Color Separation : from the graphic designing art works to technically base on the computer programming and experience separate the art work in various colors.
- Ink Mixing : to develop the color recipie, formular, SOP to mix the ink again the requirements and ready for the printing work sheets.
- Screen making: to develop the printing screen and stencil for the prinitng machines.
- Printing : to develop and give the intructions and monitor the process of printings.
- Curing : to set the process of curing the printing panels.

2. Production Outputs & Chemical Monitoring
- Production Output : to monitor the team to ensure the production outputs to meet the order loading and quality requirements
- Printing Material Inventory : to work with related party to follow the process of printing materials to be purchased and have sufficient inventory for production requirements and cost control.
- Waste water : to work with related functions to follow the chemical storage, inventory and treated following TAL chemmical monitoring standard.

- Bachelor's degree with relevant major (chemical, textile, garment)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing company
- Skills:
• Good in English
• Analytical & Problem solving skills
• Organizational and communication skills
• Leadership and good time management skill
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Vlook Up, Pivot proficiency)
