[Gấp] Kế Toán Trưởng – Chief Accountant

• Updating, checking data records, accounting operations into accounting software (MISA)
• Cashier
• Monitor, manage and compare overseas customers' debts.
• Handle HR tasks as payroll, insurance, PIT,…
• Responsible for timely VAT, PIT report every quater
• Daily, monthly, quaterly report for management and Director
• Develop best practice financial accounting and control procedure
• Assist in year- end audit and liaise with external auditor
• Management of accounting department (there is 1 another accountant staff)
• Liaise with banker, tax officer, Insurace department and relevant local authorities when needed
• Fine tuning software in response to business process requirement.
• Control the balance of advance compared with actual expense of operation staff
• Other duties as FM, or DR requests.

- Necessary Skill / Experience
• University Degree in Accountant Major
• Age: 28-35
• At least 4 years working experience in accounting/finance department
• Holding Chief accountant certificate is a must
• Language: English Business Level (knowing Korean is highly consider)
