I. ROLE PURPOSE:
Design UI/UX and Graphics in various Game projects, mostly online real-time games on mobile platforms for the global audience.
II. KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
- Internal: Artists, Sound & Effect Specialist, Animation Specialist, Game Developers, Game Designers, Marketing team
- External: Service Providers (Unity, Photoshop, Concept Artists, Illustrator, …)

IV. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design game UI/UX
• Create/improve the whole game’s User Interface in collaboration with Game designers
• Responsible for the design of In-game icons, items, banners…
Examples include: hero & weapons icons, banners in shop, event banners…
• Improve In-game User Experience
• Work with Marketing team to design Advertising Graphics on app stores (Game icon, screenshots, Ads banners…)
2. Research
• Research new methods to improve current game products and apply to future projects
• Recommend ideas to improve qualities of Game UI & UX and Graphics

Yêu cầu ứng viên
I. ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
• Good Graphic Design skills (e.g. Design, layout, and typography)
• Basic motion graphic skills
• Good knowledge of Game industry's standard 2D graphics applications (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, After Effect, etc.)
• Good Knowledge of the Video Game Design and awareness of typical video game development processes
II. ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:
• Strong desire for personal career growth, passionate to work
• Hard-working and willing to learn
• Good at team-working
III. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
• Previous experience of working in a Game project is a big advantage but not mandatory
• Degrees in Graphics Design, Art or other relevant training is a plus
• Experience with 3D applications (e.g. Maya, 3DS Max, etc.)
• Being a passionate PvP game player yourself is a great plus but not mandatory
