GA Staff (Hung Yen)

WORK LOCATION:
• Washing Machine Factory
• Plot G2, Lieu Xa, Yen My, Hung Yen

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform general activities at General Affair Department in Hung Yen as long term and short term contract, detail as below:

1. GA Staff (Full-time) – Job Code: GA01
• Manage general service for expatriates such as legal documents of Immigration, Work Permit, Residence card, visa, translation - notarization, bank card, mobile phone, apartment, car, air-ticket, etc;
• Be in charge of accommodation and travels arrangement, travel insurance, taxi, car rental, canteen, security, etc;
• Purchase and control stationery and office supply;
• Handle company buses and taxis daily arrangement;
• Manage the contract with suppliers periodically;
• Be responsible for the internal announcement, notarizing tasks and official documents index;
• Control expenses and make timely payment for all cost related to the GA department;
• Other job assigned by Manager.

2. GA Staff (6-month contract) – Job Code: GA02
• Plan, organize and control the daily operation of factory’s canteen: check and ensure safe, high-quality of daily stock (food, drink,…), manage canteen staff and supplier relationships…
• Follow suppliers and solve issues related to canteen’s service to ensure the delivery of quality and affordable food service;
• Purchase goods and control canteen’s equipment & inventory, and give countermeasures at real time;
• Make canteen’s procedure;
• Plan and organize special canteen’s events: promotion, thanksgiving…;
• Organize monthly canteen meeting, make report and meeting minutes;
• Control expenses and make timely canteen payment: food, gas, water,…
• Other job assigned by Manager.

REQUIREMENT:
• University degree,
• Having relevant experience in a relevant position. New graduates with good ability are acceptable
• English upper-intermediate (TOEIC 700 up to)
• Strong communication and time management skill
• High responsibility and willing to work under very high pressure
• Careful, honest, flexible.
