Mô tả công việc
- Monitor, control asset equipment management handled and used by HR
- Draft the review, admendment/ compilation of current procedure/regulation or new ones to ensure effective administration operations
- Purchasing items when have requirement, vendor management
- Book flights, hotels, car arrangement as request and schedule.
- Prepare document to do work permit, visa, residence card ... for the expatriates.
- Contact to repair malfunctioning equipment in the office and warehouse whenever getting request.
- Korean support (accommodation, school fee, calling service, rental car, insurance,...)
- Event organisation (foundation party, Family Day)
- Do jobs relating employees' welfare (Moon cake festival, Yearly Health check, Tet gifts,...)

* Have Knowledge and Experiences in GA jobs at least 2 years
