- In charge of administrative affairs
+, Purchase of equipment for office, stationery, etc...
+, Book flights, hotels, car arrangement as request and schedule.
+, Prepare document to do work permit, visa, residence card ... for the expatriates when requires.
+, Contact to repair malfunctioning equipment in the office and warehouse whenever getting request.
+, Registration of bank cards for staff employees, registration of personal income tax code whenever having request.
+, Take care daily catering vendor, canteen, cleaning issue.
+, Check situation of all contract and renew or terminate.
+, Mail in and mail out control.
- Support to scan payment documents.
- Do other related work as required.
