Mô tả công việc
1. GA
- Responsible for all the job related to General Affair:
• Work permit, resident card… for foreigner
• Company legal document: business certificate, Investment certificate…
• Admin cost (contract, payment…): electricity, running water, telephone, EMS, office supplier, gasoline, receiving guest, company meal, air-ticket, business trip…
2. HR
- Responsible for all the job related to Human Resources:
• Payroll calculation: Attendance checking, Overtime, annual leave pay slip, voucher for payment…
• Insurance: Social - Health - Unemployment Insurance
• Recruitment: job posting, summary CV, select suitable candidate for each position; Arrange interviewing; Prepare evaluation sheet, Offer Letter…
• Labor Contact: Preparing, managing new contract, the annex, renewal…
• PIT: Calculation, Declaration, Voucher for payment; Register PIT Code, dependent…
• Regulation: prepare all relevant regulation
Other works as required by Division Leader or General Director

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from University/College in related field
- Experience: 3 years or above
- English skill: good communication
- Have knowledge of related Labor Laws and regulations
- Experience working in Training and KPI will be an advantage
