General Affairs department/manager
- Check the security guard team.
- Check the truck come to buy wasted materials.
- Check the truck come to take unsafe-wasted materials.
- Check cleaning, taking care of garden, green trees in factory.
- Check the quality of food in canteen.
- Ensure all the maintenance cum lighting, door-locks, chairs, water dispenser, fridge and etc are cleaned and maintain in good working conditions. Contact the supplier for fixing if needs, …
- Payment administrative: Buying and repairing office equipment; repairing car; hiring outside gardener, and buying flowers, bonsai trees, etc,..
- Fire Police come to check
- Environment Police come to check.
- Service of Agriculture & development countryside come to check.
- Labor and Social Welfare Service come to check
- Resources and environment Service come to check
- Manage fire fighting equipment
- Buy new fire fighting equipment if need
- Go to training about Labor Safety and Hygiene
- Go to join Competitive festival "phòng cháy chữa cháy"
- Go to training New labor law, Decrees of Government
- Advising and recommend a procedures, policies, announcement for B.O.D.
- Receiving recruitment request from BOD, search web to advertise or contact head hunter agencies for finding proper candidates, arrange interview and make recruitment decision.

In the beginning of 2018, JOIN group invested and established both corporations in Ho Chi Minh for the distribution company and the Tay Ninh Province for the Farm.
