Future Talent Program - Service Engineer

Our Future Talent Programme - Technical Track is a 1-year programme that will develop your engineering skills and bring you leading technical knowledge in an accelerated way.
After this 1-year program, we will provide you a continuous learning and development platform to maximize your potential, while having the opportunity to be onboard for our Industry 4.0 learning Journey experiencing high-tech fantasy!

From day one, you’ll be delivering results as part of the team and hold an actual position. Your manager will plan the content of your programme and support you in your development journey. You will work in various parts of Tetra Pak and gain experience from a network of Colleagues all over the world. And that is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career. After the programme finishes you will have gained valuable experience to help you continue your exciting career within our company.

As Service Engineer at Tetra Pak, you will be involved in the following activities:
 Providing preventive and corrective maintenance service,
 Support packaging line/processing line equipment installation to performance,
 Claim handling for packaging material, parts and services,
 Production supervision and equipment performance improvement,
 Project participation for specific tasks,
 Take leading role and drive implementation of new projects and services solutions and
 Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak at all time, ensuring good working relationships with the customer and Tetra Pak colleagues and that Tetra Pak’s reputation is sustained.

 Possess a minimum of bachelor’s degree majored in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering or equivalent (graduation year in 2020 only)
 Fundamental automation knowledge to use digital tools is an added advantage
 Willingness to learn new technology
 Curious mindset with perseverance to solve complex technical and process problems and enjoy hands on challenge
 Ability to travel up to 90% of the time
 Possess good command of English and computer skills
