Fund Operator/ Chuyên Viên Vận Hành

1. Perform public fund operations
- To prepare documents for setting up public funds
- To coordinate with Custodian Bank, Supervisory Bank to ensure fund operations according to Fund Charters and applicable laws.
- To make regular and abnormal information disclosure for the fund
- To perform task of fund distributor relating to fund certificate transaction of clients
- To ensure timely delivery of reports to clients and regulators within the agreed deadline;
- Ensure timely response to client queries and provide quality services to clients.

2. Perform trader job
- Deal with trade processing: trade booking, trade matching, correction of trading errors, update trade transactions to the internal system and maintain trading records;
- Send trade settlement instructions to custodian bank and reconcile if there is any failed trade;
- Do daily file to support investment team;
- Make documents in IPO deals, bond deals (if any);

3. Perform other tasks as required by Head of Fund Operations.

Skill
- To be careful and detail oriented;
- Good knowledge on Vietnam securities market;
- Basic English;
- Solid problem solving skills;
- Can perform multi-tasks;
- High integrity, professionalism and well organized;
- Flexible and able to work under intense pressure;
- Proficient in MS office programs including Excel, Power point, Word.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/economic/accounting or related fields;
- Fund Management Certificate (issue by SSC) are heavily preferred.

Experience
1-2 years in Operation Department in Banks / Securities Companies are preferred.

Others
- Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
- Working: from Monday to Friday

- In accordance with Company Policy
