Mô tả công việc
1. Perform operation tasks for public fund
• To support/prepare documents for setting up public funds
• To coordinate with Custodian Bank, Supervisory Bank to ensure fund operations according to Fund Charters and applicable laws.
• To make regular and abnormal information disclosure for the fund
• To perform task of fund distributor relating to fund certificate transaction of clients
• To ensure timely delivery of reports to clients and regulators within the agreed deadline;
• Ensure timely response to client queries and provide quality services to clients.
2. Perform transaction support
• Deal with trade processing: trade booking, trade matching, correction of trading errors, update trade transactions to the internal system and maintain trading records;
• Send trade settlement instructions to custodian bank and reconcile if there is any failed trade;
• Do daily file to support investment team;
• Make documents in IPO deals, bond deals (if any);
3. Perform other tasks as required by the Company.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• To be careful and detail oriented;
• Good knowledge on Vietnam securities market;
• Basic English;
• Solid problem solving skills;
• Can perform multi-tasks;
• High integrity, professionalism and well organized;
• Flexible and able to work under intense pressure;
• Proficient in MS office programs including Excel, Power point, Word.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance/economic/accounting or related fields;
• Fund Management Certificate (issue by SSC) are preferred.
• Experience
• 1-2 years in Client Service Department in Securities Companies are preferred.
• Others
• Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
• Working: from Monday to Friday
• Good knowledge on Vietnam securities market;
• Basic English;
• Solid problem solving skills;
• Can perform multi-tasks;
• High integrity, professionalism and well organized;
