Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for all aspects of daily operations for the assigned funds including accounting, booking, trade processing, fee payment, and other investment activities
- Answer daily queries of clients
- Handle the net asset values (NAV) for funds with pre-agreed deadline with the client
- Prepare timely and accurately the Financial Regulatory (SSC) report
- Work closely with AMCs to review Financial audited reports of fund
- Collaborate with AMCs to review Fund document (Charter, Prospectus), Fund accounting policy, pricing policy
- Record accurately, and in accordance with the Department policies and procedures, accounting records for income
- Work closely with Custody team and other teams in the bank for smoothly running the daily operation
- Update the Procedure of Department

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or relevant fields
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Securities Services products and processes
- Knowledge of Custody and Securities Services products and processes
- Knowledge of (Global) Custody markets and Vietnamese market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Client focus, accountability, professional attitude, pro-active
- Sense of urgency, crisis-management, and good analytical skills
- Excellent Excel skill and be familiar to accounting software
- Bachelor/Master in Business/Finance/Investment/Accounting/Auditing
- Certificate of Securities and Securities Market
- ACCA or CPA or Chief accountant certificate (a must)
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Securities Services products and processes
- Knowledge of Custody and Securities Services products and processes
- Knowledge of (Global) Custody markets and Vietnamese market
