Fumigation Supervisor

Reporting to: Agricutural Division Manager
Objectives
• Make the Section to be number 1 in Vietnamses market (market penetration, customer impact, quality, innovation, operational excellence and people)
• Achieve P&L targets agreed with Local Division Manager
• Achieve continuous profitable sales growth through active sales and marketing and superior customer relationships and innovative services
• Develop local key people

Tasks / Responsibilities
• Client / affiliates liaison for all correspondence including inquiries, quotations, receipt of orders, samples and delivery of reports and certificates.
• Review daily fumigation progress and inform customer within time limited.
• Assist division manager to review all complaints and/or potential claims relating to the section.
• Up keep, coordinate and maintain the quality system and all requirements to smooth running the section activities.
• Review and approve for analysis request to Internal and or external laboratory.
• Be responsible for consolidation of Financial matter and assist division manager to prepare monthly reports.
• Other tasks as requested by the Division Manager.
• Be responsible for sale targets and make corrective actions to keep in track.
• Develop the section’s services.
• Managing the usage and storage of fumigant and orther materials.

Interfaces
• Staff, other sections, sales team, SGS Affiliates, Clients, Suppliers, Factories, Other Divisions and Branches of SGS Vietnam.

Key Performance Indicators
• Customer impact/satisfaction and Market penetration
• Operational performance/productivity/ man power utilization
• Revenue growth of local section and operating profit of local section unit against budget.
• Sales growth of new and existing customers.
• Well control fumigants and materials
• Control DSO within Finance procedure.
• Quality (e.g., consistency claims, complaints) and
• People development

• University graduated/ above with major in releted the fields.
• At least 5 years working experience in related the fields as the same level
• Good in English
• Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to communicate, identify tasks, prioritize effectively and delegate accordingly
• Making timely decisions on problem issues.
