Job Description
- Act as technical lead to ensure staff alignment is appropriate to address work demand
- Evaluate individual performance and deliver regular performance reviews
- Be responsible for aligning the team’s work to Product Owner priorities and ensure efficient sprint delivery.
- Communicate timeline, scope of work and technical concerns to upper management.

Job Requirement
Leading skills:
- 2+ years of experience leading a technical team of at least 5 members
- Self-motivated individual with strong analytical, design and architecture skills
- Effectively written and verbal communication skills
- A good team player and good interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills with the ability to understand and communicate specifics of new technologies.
Technical skills:
- Excellent understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML5/CSS3)
- Be familiar with SASS/SCSS and CSS architecture
- Strong JavaScript/Typescript/CSS skills with at least 5+ years of experience
- Experience with noSQL, RMDB: MongoDB, SQL Server ...
- Experience with at least: VueJS, ReactJS or Angular Framework
- Experience coordinating with Web UI/UX design would be an advantage.
