Working days/hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Saturday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

***The Senior PR Executive is responsible for:
- Coordinate and maintain the planning and implementation of all events for Sunwah in Vietnam and occasionally overseas;
- Support activities implemented by Sunwah Chairman’s Office (such as receiving Vietnamese and overseas delegations, arranging meetings, etc.);
- Support Sunwah Foundation’s projects and activities in Vietnam and overseas;
- Working closely with the marketing team of Sunwah Vietnam to revise marketing materials and identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels;
- Build up and maintain good relationship with Sunwah contacts in governments, universities, media and partners (local and international);
- Oversee the operation of office accounts, plan and monitor expenditures; as appropriate, develop and/or coordinate budgets for the office and associated accounts;
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- University degree in marketing, event management, public relations or equivalent areas;
- High level of English proficiency (both written and verbal) required, Chinese is a plus;
- Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required;
- Willing to work for long-term periods and overtime work, including weekends;
- Hard-working person with responsibility, commitment, strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- Willing to travel in Vietnam and abroad;
- Ability to work independently and collectively in a team;
- Ability of working under pressure;
- Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
