Full-Time Junior Associate/ Lawyer

Job Description:

The firm seeks a motivated and accomplished lawyer to join the team in Ho Chi Minh office.

Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Communicate with international clients and/or render written and oral advice to clients on various legal and other issues which fall under the practices of the firm
2. Assist senior attorneys/consultants in analyzing cases, drafting documents, preparing advice, and reporting to clients;
3. Provide thorough analytical and practical proposals and advice to clients and potential clients in a timely manner;
4. Respond to enquiries from clients and potential clients in a timely manner;
5. Work directly with authorities;
6. Handle legal disputes, including communication with the infringers and the authorities;
8. Perform other tasks relevant to or in connection with the foregoing; and
9. Other tasks as requested by the nature of the position.

Qualifications:
This opportunity would suit a proactive self-starter, a diligent and career-focused lawyer who wants to deal with disputes for global clients. In addition to the foregoing practical experience requirements, you will have:

1. University degree in Law with 3-4 years of experience
2. Obtained lawyer practicing license or qualified lawyer
3. Fluency in English both speaking and writing;
4. Excellent analytical, drafting, communication, and research skills;
5. Excellent problem-solving ability and good organizational skill;
6. Strong commitment to client service;
7. Proven track record in working with authorities;
8. Hard working, responsible and reliable person;
10. Willingness to travel as needed;
11. Active, enthusiastic and proactive manner;
12. Team player.
