Job Summary
2G Education is currently recruiting a full-time, native level English-speaking teacher for our rapidly expanding Academy in Vinh City, Vietnam. Applicants with young learner ESL teaching experience are preferred. Teachers typically work 6 days week (3-4 hours per day) in the afternoon and evening with the flexibility to choose their day off.

Please note due to Vietnam labor laws, we cannot accept applications from male candidates aged 60 or over and female candidates aged 55 or over.

Responsibilities:
Lesson planning while following a designated syllabus
Attending professional development workshops led by the 2G Training Department

Qualifications
- Foreigners only
- Essential:
Bachelor Degree or higher.

Clean criminal record check from home country (validity with 6 months).
Adaptability, flexibility and cultural sensitivity.
Willingness to participate in IELTS teacher training workshops.
6 months validity on passport.

Desirable:
2 years teaching experience.
Experience of teaching young learners.
Experience of teaching IELTS groups.
Teaching certificate, CELTA, TESOL or TEFL

Salary and Benefits
- Airfares (one-way ticket) from country of origin to Vinh or Buon Ma Thuot, Vietnam refunded after successful completion of probation period.
- Travel expenses from location in Vietnam to Vinh or Buon Ma Thuot, Vietnam refunded after successful completion of probation period.
- 14 paid leave days per year.
- Newly hired teachers start with a 2 month probation period and are expected to teach up to (but not exceeding) 60 hours per month on a fixed salary of $1140
- Upon successful completion of the probation period, teachers are offered a full time contract of up to a maximum of 80 teaching hours per month on a fixed salary of $1520 per month.
- Teaching hours exceeding 80 per month are paid at the overtime rate of $20 per hour.
- 2 weeks free hotel accommodation.
- Accommodation allowance of 2million VND per month.
- Assistance from 2G staff on finding suitable accommodation.
- Work permit & business visa fees fully refunded after completion of 1 year contract.
- 14 days off for Tet Holiday. Salary for TET holiday period paid at hourly rate of $20 per hour.
