Full-Stack Java Developer

About our Team
Our team is responsible for creating a brand of new digital financial platforms and apps that are highly reliable and scalable using modern engineering practices. You will be joining a project which talented software engineers in our Digital Bank Build team who is responsible for designing, building and maintaining the new digital banking platform and the customer channels. As part of the team, you will be responsible for implementing software features, involve in technical designs and writing tests to ensure the high quality delivery of the product. The teams operate in Scrum and DevOps model.

Responsibilities
1. We are looking for engineers willing to work on the entire stack, from infrastructure, API to front-end and even data analytics in the future.
2. We are looking for great team players that share their knowledge and willing to do what it tasks to help their teams deliver.
3. Solving complex technical and business problems and learn new technology and frameworks.
4. Driving best practice cyber security solutions and remaining on the forefront of emerging industry practices.
5. Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
6. Custodian of Development Best practices, Development Technology direction/roadmap and application.
7. Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
8. Facilitate team and other stakeholders meetings and deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.

1. Bachelor or Master in Computer Sciences or related field or equivalent experience.
2. At least 4-year experience in working in enterprise and digital domains.
3. Strong Java experience, Git source control and Git Flow branching model.
4. Deep understanding of API and REST services, as well as integration to mobile, web and continuous delivery using TeamCity and OctopusDeploy or equivalent.
5. Experience using third party libraries like Bootstrap, Social APIs, AngularJS, React and scripting like powershell, grunt.
6. Solid understanding of object oriented programming modelling and experience in automated testing tools.
7. Expert in depth experience in at least one the following areas will be a big plus: iOS/Android, Web development (HTML, CSS, Angular or similar) or .Net 4.x / API/C#.
8. Strong problem solving skills, able to work individually as well as in team.
9. Collaboration and culture fit in Agile experience will be an advantage.
10. Very good English communication (read, write, speak and listen).
